EnigmaResolve

These past couple of years have been one of reflection and experimentation. You have to fuck up to finally get it right. Opportunities came and went. Some replaced others. I'd gotten distracted along the way and have now regained my clarity.

I went to Facebook (traitor, i know) and lost touch with my sense of artistic expression due to Fb's blinding lights of narcissism. Afterwards, I went on a journey to regain myself and dissolve all ego. Because of this, I've changed my name here from AgentK9 to Enigma Resolve- which is my company's name.  But my journey continues...

I've completed a new children's book by the name of The Wisdom of Dr. Soles, authored by Sharyn Sheilds, found here: www.amazon.com/The-Wisdom-Sole… . The experience was rejuvenating and surprisingly successful, which gave me a new found sense of encouragement; so much that it made me realize that it's time to finally work on my own intellectual properties.

One of those IP's, a comic called Heidinger, has been worked on for the past 4 years and will be co-written by Wayne Thomason. All in all, my journey isn't complete and there is much to learn and share, but this time around, I'd like to do it more through DeviantArt again and less on Facebook. Please join me!

I hope everyone has a VERY Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays! It's been forever since I updated my journal so I have quite a few updates...

It looks as though, with only a year left, I won't be able to finish college. Art Institute is a very expensive college with my Game Art and Design degree peaking 100k. Gov loans only cover half of that, so I need to move on to other aspects of my life. It'll give me time to finish other things.

I'm proud to say that a children's book by the name of Morning Rain, that I illustrated, won a first place design award. It was authored by Sheila Cayolle and details can be seen on CBS MoneyWatch here>>> finance.bnet.com/bnet/news/rea… Two more books are in the works featuring my illustrations/designs.

I have teamed up with Deviation Nation, who are comprised of former X-Comikz members, among others. My comic VR will be released, under my own company Enigma Resolve, jointly with Deviant Nation. Wayne Thomason will be taking over writing duties. Visit Wayne here>>> and Deviation Nation here>>>

I will also be catching up on a back catalog of work (like kiribans) that I owe people. With school off my back, I'll be posting more regularly again. Hopefully you will all see growth in my work.

All in all, despite my college situation, it seems that 2011 will be a more productive year. Cheers to all on their quest to move forward!

2. Pick ONE character, of your choice, to be drawn and colored (NO background will be drawn).

3. Be able to provide REFERENCE and/or PICS of the character of your choice.
